You will be responsible for the following:

  • Export goods globally, handling customs invoices, packing lists, crate labels, and logistics partners.
  • Manage global customer returns, including documents for customs clearance and returns paperwork.
  • Issue sales order invoices post-shipment.
  • Reconcile freight invoices, import/export taxes, and VAT with the Accounts Department.
  • Maintain logistics databases and procure packaging materials.
  • Provide ad-hoc supply chain support and communicate effectively with team members.

The Candidate: Logistics Administrator

  • Experience in an administrative role and comfortable handling lots of information.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organisational and filing skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
