Position Responsibilities:
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for maintaining office security, answering incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing passes to new joiners and visitors, ensuring office security.
- Assisting with room booking queries and ensuring meeting rooms are set up to standard daily.
- Responding to callers' needs and directing calls appropriately.
- Assisting the Office Manager with ordering office supplies and organising deliveries.
- Monitoring stationary supplies and alerting the Office Manager when they are low.
- Offering refreshments to guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Liaising with the building's main reception/front desk on expected visitors and deliveries.
- Assisting with office email communications, as required.
- Managing staff post and ensuring timely delivery to recipients.
- Providing support with adhoc office admin tasks.
Candidate Specification / Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Availability to work on-site at our client's central London office, 5 days a week.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist and/or Office Administrator.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Personable and approachable demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft package, including Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Thrive in front-of-house, people-oriented positions.
- Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
