Position Responsibilities:

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for maintaining office security, answering incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing passes to new joiners and visitors, ensuring office security.
  • Assisting with room booking queries and ensuring meeting rooms are set up to standard daily.
  • Responding to callers' needs and directing calls appropriately.
  • Assisting the Office Manager with ordering office supplies and organising deliveries.
  • Monitoring stationary supplies and alerting the Office Manager when they are low.
  • Offering refreshments to guests and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Liaising with the building's main reception/front desk on expected visitors and deliveries.
  • Assisting with office email communications, as required.
  • Managing staff post and ensuring timely delivery to recipients.
  • Providing support with adhoc office admin tasks.

Candidate Specification / Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Availability to work on-site at our client's central London office, 5 days a week.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist and/or Office Administrator.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Personable and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft package, including Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Thrive in front-of-house, people-oriented positions.
  • Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
