About the Client:
Our client is a reputable, growing provider of Network and Telecommunication systems for a variety of clients across the UK. Based out of Bristol, they are looking to add an additional Engineer to the team, who will provide mainly on-site, and some remote technical support to customers all over the UK.
The Network and Telecommunications Engineer Role:
You will be supporting customers across the UK with telephone and on-site networking and telecommunications support, acting as the first point of contact for all issues and queries.
Duties include:
- Installing and configuring network and telecom solutions on client sites.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- CAT5 Cable patching
- Access point configuration
- Event WiFi solutions
- VoIP user provisioning
- Router and SIM configuration.
Network and Telecommunications Engineer - Essential Skills / Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Full right to work in the UK
- Able to pass a DBS check
- Experience with configuration and support of telecoms and networking equipment. (Including 3CX, HVS, routers, switches, access points, desk phones)
- Connectivity experience (broadband/4G/satellite)
