This role offers more than just a typical EA position. You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing complex diaries, coordinating global travel, and playing a key role in high-level meetings. What will you be doing?

As an Executive Assistant, you'll be:

  • Providing high-quality executive support: Manage complex diaries, prioritise appointments, and ensure smooth scheduling for our MDs.
  • Supporting key meetings: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep our projects on track.
  • Creating impactful presentations: Use your PowerPoint and Excel expertise to craft presentations and reports that clearly communicate business data and insights.
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders: Act as a key point of contact between our MDs, managers, and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Managing global travel: Arrange seamless travel plans, including accommodation, flights, and transfers, for a smooth experience.
  • Handling administrative tasks: Process expense claims, approve holidays, and manage purchase orders through our internal systems.
  • Organising team events: Plan and execute events that bring our team together, whether in the UK or US.
  • Collaborating with other EAs: Work closely with the EA team to coordinate efforts across different locations and provide holiday cover when needed.

What are we looking for?

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Proven track record as an Executive Assistant to senior executives, with extensive diary management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Word is essential.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of general business practices and the ability to present data in a business context.
