Permanent Salary on application Hybrid - 2 days per week on site in Northampton office

Overview:

As an IT Project Manager within the retail sector, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Establish quality standards and processes for project deliverables.
  • Conduct quality reviews and testing to ensure project outcomes meet requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a retail environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Bachelor's degree in IT related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT project management within a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
