An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Project Manager to join my client in the Property sector, for an initial 8 month contract in London. This role is at the heart of their business transformation, enabled by the implementation of Microsoft D365 Finance as a core business platforms. As the Project Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for successful project management across multiple workstreams, collaborating with various functions across the business.
The D365 Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams including technical, data reporting, system delivery and more. Your ability to develop comprehensive project plans, track progress diligently, identify potential risks or issues early on and propose effective solutions will be key to your success in this role
This is a chance to make a significant impact on the project, working closely with the Project Director and Head of PMO to manage risks, issues and dependencies that may affect successful delivery.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Developing, owning and managing the project plan in collaboration with relevant parties
- Attending weekly workstream status meetings and ensure status items are managed against a single central plan
- Coordinate actions among project team, software vendors, third-party suppliers, and internal resources
- Track and update progress regularly across all parties
- Support the Project Director in providing updates to governance bodies as required
- Identify issues promptly and escalate them; engage with relevant parties to assess root causes and propose solutions
- Manage changes to project plan, budget and deliverables; Propose changes for approval; Keep track of all changes and their impact
My client is based in central London with a focus on 3 days exposure in the office to ensure this critical project continues in line with timeframes for delivery.
