This is a permanent position offering three days working from home a week.

THE ROLE:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients dealing with any queries
- Ensuring the client is presented with the most suitable cover
- Communicating with underwriters
- Communicating with clients over the phone and by email, providing excellent service
- Client meetings and visits
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Proven Insurance experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Effective written and verbal communication
