- Identify new business through networking, social media and building your market of contacts.
- Managing a large portfolio of clients and retaining business.
- Growing the existing portfolio of properties whilst always keeping the expected level of quality to the highest.
- Establish connections with local developers, builders, architects, and estate agents to actively offer holiday let projections. Skills:
- Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Acts as a brand ambassador with a passion for property, the local area, and delivering high standards in both property and customer service.
- Possesses excellent networking skills, confidently engaging with individuals at all levels.
