This is an exciting opportunity to join this long-standing business. Supporting the agricultural industry, our client is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant helping to support the production of the accounts. This is a great chance to learn and grow within the business.

Assistant Management Accountant Responsibilities:
- Preparing the management accounts for smaller clients
- Journals, accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Client liaison, attending meetings, answering queries and presenting accounts
- Cashflow management and reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control
- Purchase ledger processing
- VAT returns
- Communicating effectively with clients
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience reconciliating balance sheets and assisting in preparation of management accounts
- Ideally working towards AAT/ CIMA/ ACCA
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate including Excel
