Customer Operations Executive:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Operations Executive to join our clients Customer Early Life Team at their headquarters in the heart of Edinburgh. This role is essential in providing a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, ensuring they understand the full benefits of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be available for various shifts and will be flexible in order to meet customers' needs.

Day to day of the role:

  • Respond to enquiries from new customers via phone, email, and web chat, identifying their needs and aligning them with relevant products.
  • Keep customers fully informed throughout their onboarding process, managing all administrative activities such as arranging installation and setting up customer accounts.
  • Manage customer relationships in line with key performance indicators, delivering an excellent service experience.
  • Provide tailored support to customers until their fibre service is operational.
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as Finance and Field Engineering, to ensure a simple and seamless onboarding journey.
  • Respond to comments on social media channels and help maintain a positive online presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, a contact centre or retail, with a focus on service and sales.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing customer information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
