Financial Planning Administrator - 12-18 month Contract

NJR is currently working with a well established Wealth Management practice who provide a professional and bespoke Wealth Management service to their Private Client's, Business Owners, Trustees and Sports professionals. Due to upcoming Maternity leave they have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Financial Services Administrator to join their highly successful practice on a fixed term contract.

With hybrid working from their prestigious office based in Gainsborough, the main aim of this role is to support the Adviser Team with preparing them for client meetings and their responsibilities to their clients whilst ensuring that the service offering is outstanding.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging client meetings and diary management
  • Prepare meeting packs for Advisers including valuations and all other relevant documents
  • Updating client records
  • Construct appropriate post meeting letter for issue to clients
  • Meet & Greet Advisers clients
  • Dealing with Letters of Authority
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and deal with routine issues/queries
  • New business submission

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
