Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Data Centre Site Manager to oversee the operations of a live production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data centres and be proficient in handling various systems and equipment.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the data centre infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Air Handling Units (AHU), and Dust Filtration Units (DFU).
- Monitor and manage Facility Management Systems (FMS), chillers, dampers, and switchgear.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams to address any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data centre or live production facility.
- Proficiency in managing BMS, UPS, AHU, DFU, FMS, chillers, dampers, and switchgear.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
