Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Technical Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Bath on a fixed-term contract.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work within sales support and technical customer service, helping to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction across the client database.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and process sales orders via telephone, email, and online shop
  • Generate sales invoices and coordinate daily dispatch of customer orders
  • Pack and dispatch orders for scheduled postal collections
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on product selection
  • Handle customer enquiries and ensure high standards of service
  • Support account management by liaising with customers to ensure timely payments
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Assist with mail-outs, customer communications and marketing support
  • Contribute to business development projects as needed
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team members

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
