COMMERCIAL FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Location: South Northamptonshire
Our client is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their world-class team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of an elite sport, providing astute financial support and enabling commercial success through high-quality forecasting and robust budget management. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a high volume of workload and collaborating across departments. This role plays a crucial part in our client's transformation journey towards delivering a world-class finance team.
What you'll do:
- Ownership of the associated P&L budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with balance sheet and cashflow.
- Critical review of management accounts and acting as key contact for P&L queries.
- Financial modelling for strategic business decisions to ensure appropriate action can be taken with high financial visibility.
- Development and production of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in line with business needs.
- Involvement in the preparation of monthly management board packs for C-suite level review.
- Taking accountability for collaboration in the business, sharing information and bringing relevant stakeholders into conversations.
- Collaborating with the finance transformation team to develop processes and system improvements that enhance functionality, accuracy, and data integrity across finance tasks.
What you bring:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Excellent Excel & IT skills - SAP experience preferable
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High competence and computational accuracy
