We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Chef who can cook from scratch using quality, locally sourced, fresh ingredients.
Working as the Chef you will create daily lunch specials, support with designing new menu items and collaborate with the Kitchen Team.
As the Chef you will join a successful Tea Room that is set in beautiful gardens and will support the Tea Room in maintaining their extremely high standards of service and food preparation.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Chef include:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes from scratch using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Develop and design new menu items that reflect the Tea Room's commitment to quality and sustainability
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assist senior staff members with inventory and allergen information
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a full driving licence and your own transport which is essential due to the Tea Room's rural location
