Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Location: Remote with occasional travel to client sites

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze and map business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and provide updates on project progress.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use Salesforce effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and are free of defects.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce developments and suggest enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
