The overview of the role..
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Executive to join our growing team, someone with lots of enthusiasm, who is intelligent, resourceful and a strong critical thinker. As a Marketing Executive, you will be working with the leadership team helping us recruit more tutors, and expand into new local authorities and schools, and increase our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities..
- Develop and execute well thought out marketing strategies to support the recruitment of new tutors and the expansion into new markets.
- Create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audiences, tutors, schools, local authorities, and parents.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media & email marketing).
- Collaborate with the team to produce marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyse performance to measure and learn the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
