- MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Billingham area.
The Job You'll Do;
- Working in a fast paced warehouse and stores environment
- Required to work in yard as well as inside
- Use of Counterbalance FLT to load and unload deliveries
- Use of Counterbalance FLT to move stock around the warehouse
- Manually transporting and moving products within the dispatch area
- Wrapping completed products in to packaging ready for dispatch
- Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paper work
- Booking goods in and out using in house computer systems
- Using computer systems to update stock systems
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required
About You;
- Need to hold own counterbalance certificate.
- Experience in warehouse and distribution environment.
- Methodical with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to motivate the team to meet KPIs.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Problem solving skills.
- A good accuracy level is essential.
- Good numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team as required.
- Aged 25+ with full driving licence.
