This is a brilliant opportunity for an established Area Manager or Cluster Manager looking to step into a bigger role - or for a high-performing Big Box Store Manager ready to take their first step into multi-site leadership.
The Role:
As Area Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of stores, driving commercial performance, inspiring your teams, and delivering retail excellence in a trading-focused environment. You'll have full ownership of your area and the autonomy to make real decisions that drive results.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in supermarket, convenience or discount retail - this is essential
- Experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or large-format Store Manager
- A strong retailer who thrives on the shop floor and can trade effectively
- Commercial mindset with a passion for developing people and delivering results
- Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
What's On Offer:
- £55,000 - £57,000 basic salary
