Salary: £26,000 Basic - £45,000 OTE + Car Allowance

Days/ Times: Monday- Friday 8:30- 17:30 / 1 in 2 Saturdays- 9:00- 16:00

Our client is a well-established and highly reputable estate agency serving the vibrant community of Alfreton and the surrounding areas. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and expertise in the property market, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Valuer Manager to lead their dedicated sales team to new heights.

Position Overview:

Great opportunity to join one of Alfreton's leading Estate Agents, with a great reputation. Working high volume, 40/50 valuations per month in mid-market 2/3 bed properties. Their average property price is £200,000- £225,000. Want to join an established and secure team? This could be the perfect opportunity for you. Excellent commission structure, 5% on SSTC + referrals for solicitors, part exchanges & probate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Valuations: Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for residential properties. Follow up all prospect valuation and Instruction opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Negotiation: Utilise your negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide ongoing advice to vendors throughout the client relationship.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with the local property market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Sales Progression: Pass the negotiated sales to the progression team, checking in with relevant parties to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
  • Property Listings: Assist in listing and marketing properties, ensuring accurate and compelling property listings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in estate agency sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven experience in estate agency valuations, with a track record of achieving high conversion rates.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
  • Proficiency in property sales software and tools.
  • A valid UK Driving license
