I am currently working with a well-respected Law Firm who are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant or Junior Fee Earner to join their lively property team near Rayleigh, Essex.

You will:
- Have at least 12 months experience working within a property team within a law firm setting.
- Have competent knowledge of the full conveyancing process from inception to post completion.
- Have experience dealing with sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold properties. Re-mortgage, transfers of equity, and new build property knowledge is a bonus!
- Be able to provide thorough and efficient support to fee earners, to ensure the smooth progression of their files.
- Have the ability to perform under pressure, whilst being well organised, and target driven.
- Be able to take initiative when completing tasks, and have excellent communication skills.
