- Ensure all travel activities adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.
- Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to negotiate contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and developments.
- Handle travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to all staff requiring travel assistance.
- Prepare and present reports on travel expenses and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support department to ensure smooth operations.
Profile
A successful Travel Coordinator should have:

- Proficiency in travel booking software and systems.
