Your role & responsibilities:
- Promote inclusion of all students.
- Providing 1:1 support for all individuals while responding to their individual needs.
- Work with the teacher in lesson planning and evaluating.
- Ensuring students get the most out of their lessons by tailoring activities where appropriate.
Non-negotiables:
- Must be able to work full-time (5 days a week).
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Must have worked previously with individuals with autism or ADHD.
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
