Your new role
We are seeking multi skilled carpenters to join a leading property services company. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services by carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. Your primary trade will be carpentry, and you should have relevant qualifications and experience in this field. Additionally, you may handle minor tiling and decorating tasks within a social housing setting.
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry (or equivalent).
- Experience with social housing maintenance
- Valid full UK driving licence
- Possess strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Customer-focused with experience in occupied and void properties.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality repairs on time.
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable using small handheld tools (e.g., drills, breakers).
