We are recruiting for a Internal Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a fast growing business based in Basildon.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing orders
- Processing designs
- Generating quotations
- Managing logistics
- Building relationships with new/existing customers
- Setting up discounts & pricing structures for new customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5years of experience in sales management
- Strong ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a sales team.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9AM-5PM
