As a Employee Relations Manager at hr inspire, you will be responsible for first line support for our valued customers on a wide variety of Employee Relations related issues. You will be supported by a team of experienced HR Officers, HR Advisors and HR Consultants, along with a buzzing support team!

What will you do?

  • You will be first line support for all our customers HR and Employee Relations advice, assessing needs and requirements, providing or escalating to appropriate key contacts
  • Employment legislated creation of all customers employee relations correspondence based on their specific and individual needs - e.g. disciplinaries, grievances and management of sickness absence etc, to name a few.
  • Coach and support Senior Managers within our customer base with formal meetings, including the review of meetings notes and advising customers on process to determine outcomes, including production of scripts
  • Supporting the creation of bespoke policies, procedures, and Line Manager guidelines for a wide range of customers aligned to their company's culture
  • Conducting exit and return to work interviews with employees on behalf of our customers when required
  • Provide support to HR Consultants in creation of tailored training content to meet customer needs

What can you bring?

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification, or working towards
  • Experience as a HR Manager or Employee Relations Manager or ER Advisor with a track record of successfully managing a wide variety of ER matters, along with some great HR generalist experience.
  • Experience in using a HR case management system
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft Teams
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate with gravitas to our customers
  • An excellent understanding of current UK employment legislation
  • A strong work ethic and above all, be focused on delivering an exceptional service to our existing and future customers!
