Teaching Assistant

Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £80 - £100 per day
GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Spalding. Starting , you will play a crucial role in supporting students and assisting teachers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering effective lessons.
- Provide individual and small group support to students.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Currently residing in the UK.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
- Passion for education and student support.
