Randstad education is currently working with a school in Bolton that is looking for a great year 2 teacher to start in the first week of September 2024 and be a part of the team hopefully permanently! For this role the head is looking for someone who can easily fit in with the school environment as well as hold a QTS/ PGCE and have prior experience with primary year 2 students.
The role is full time 5 days a week Monday to Friday and you would need to be available between 8:30AM - 3:30 PM.
If you have previous experience teaching in KS1 year 2 class then we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one ( we can help with this ) .
- PGCE & QTS.
- Good knowledge and experience of the UK national curriculum.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Have a genuine love for teaching.
- Effectively manage teaching and develop and deliver exciting lesson
- Develop and enhance the teaching practices of teachers in the department.
- Integrating innovative ideas to enhance the learning experience of all pupils.
