Description
- Maintain, repair and optimise electrical and mechanical equipment
- Collaborate with the engineering & manufacturing team to solve complex issues
- Implement safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Support the development of junior team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Profile
A successful Electrically Bias Engineer should have:
- HNC/HND qualification
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance within the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent team player skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A proactive approach towards continuous learning and development
