Role Responsibilities
- Leading a variety of complex audit assignments across multiple sectors, working closely with managers and partners
- Preparing audit files, planning audits, and taking responsibility for fieldwork
- Supervising and training junior team members, providing support and reviewing their work
- Ensuring audit projects are completed to a high standard, within agreed timelines and budgets
- Using accounting software to produce accurate reports for managers, directors, and clients
- Preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Keeping up to date with industry and economic issues, maintaining relevant technical knowledge
- Assisting with pricing services and providing input on new client quotes
- Building productive relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery

Candidate Requirements
- ACCA/ACA qualified or nearly qualified
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in UK audit practice, with some accounts experience required
- Experience with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH is a plus
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a positive, proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work
- Enjoys working as part of a team and is self-motivated
