2nd Line Support Analyst
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team based in London on a permanent basis.
You will provide both face-to-face and remote support to users at 1st and 2nd line level, as well as supporting a laptop refresh and BAU Support.

- Professional services background
- 3-5 years' experience
- ServiceNow
- Joiners/movers/leavers
- Laptop builds and onboarding (SCCM)
- O365
- Triaging desktop issues
