Are you a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background, looking to progress into a Quality Manager role within a thriving company with ambitious growth plans, receiving full training to scope out a long and successful career with a leading manufacturer?
Do you want to step up into an autonomous position, where you'll take full control of the Quality function, and play a pivotal role in supporting expansion into exciting new markets, with the potential to progress further into a Group Quality role in the future?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading fastener company, supplying internationally into a range of industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical and power generation. Established 50 years ago, the company are unrivalled in their productivity, and have ambitious plans to boost their reach in the next 5 years.
You will be responsible for leading the implementation of Quality systems and processes, auditing and maintaining cerifications, collaborating with other departments to resolve quality issues, producing test plans and procedures, and overseeing QC inspectors.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background, looking to step up into management with an ambitious and supportive company.
The Role:
- Implement inspections, testing and evaluation methods as required
- Produce an Inspection and Test plan as needed
- Identify and raise quality issues as required
- Maintain existing ISO 9001:2015 certification as needed
- Maintain all Quality documentation
- Train and oversee Quality Inspectors
The Person:
- Quality Engineer or similar
- Manufacturing background
- Looking to progress into a Management position
