We're on the look for a Business Development Manager, to join this really welcoming team, specialising in Office Furniture Retail. They're offering a basic salary up to £55,000 per annum, plus commission and the choice of a company car or car allowance. You will have full autonomy in your role, managing your own diary daily, to focus on winning new business with existing and new clients, in your area.

The role of Business Development Manager involves:

  • Identifying new potential client opportunities in your area.
  • Building long-lasting client relationships with both new and existing.
  • Understanding where you can increase revenue with existing clients.
  • Working with the internal sales teams to complete new orders.
  • Attending meetings arranged by the internal sales team for your area.
  • Providing quotes and finalising new client orders.

For the Business Development Manager, you need:

  • Previous experience as a BDM or within Field Sales.
  • Background in the Office Furniture industry.
  • Clear success with managing accounts and winning new clients.
  • Must be willing to travel to the Bristol office twice a month.
