Office Administrator

Your new company
You will be joining a Worcester-based organisation for a new temporary assignment, to start immediately.

Your new role
This is a temporary assignment for up to 4 weeks, minimum of 3 weeks to support a short-term gap in the team. The primary function of this role is to support the team and SLT with administrative tasks that include:
- data entry
- filing and organising paperwork
- answering email and phone queries
- generating letters and other correspondence
- organising manual files
- general office administration

The role is working Monday to Friday, full-time hours in the office.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience in Administration, but candidates who are confident in doing the tasks above and keen to get involved in a role will be considered. If you are currently studying at University and looking for some temporary work before you return, this would be an ideal role.

What you'll get in return
