Job Title:
EMEA HR Business Partner
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Location: South West London, hybrid
JGA are partnered with a well-known software business seeking an HR Business Partner to manage their EMEA region change.
We are looking for someone with good EMEA HR experience and strong stakeholder management ability.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the people agenda for EMEA
- Engagement and recognition activities
- Implementing strategic organisational design
- Coaching leaders through change
- Guiding ER issues
- Implementing global projects and annual processes
Skills:
- EMEA HR experience
- Strong stakeholder management ability.
- Ideally experience in a software business
- HR strategy and creation/implementation experience.
