We are now looking for an Execution Supervisor to join our the team at Erith who control the logistics planning, shipping and documentation for all incoming seed and outgoing products to the plant.

Your Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all contracts are correctly executed within their terms and conditions and to the best advantage of ADM.
  • To ensure the incoming/outgoing logistics are in line with the relevant legislation and ADM requirements.
  • To ensure all shipping documentation for both incoming and outgoing produce is correctly executed.
  • To ensure customs clearance of incoming and outgoing products is in place and overcome any issues.
  • To ensure all invoices received within the Logistics Department are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To assist the Operations manager with Month end reporting and reconciliation.
  • To assist the Operations manager with Sustainability & mass balance reporting and keep record of the monthly certificates.
  • Provide cover for the logistics team as and when required.
  • To liaise & negotiate with vendors to keep surveyance and laboratory rates at kept within reason.
  • To provide support on sustainability requirements and audits as and when necessary.

Your Profile

  • Educated to degree level or with the ability to operate at that level.
  • Previous experience in shipping.
  • Strong mathematical / numeracy skills.
  • Good IT Skills especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
