Client Side Property Manager - Surrey (Hybrid) - c£45k
We're working with the in-house managing agent of a large real estate group whose assets span residential, commercial and development finance UK wide.
Within their Block Management team, they now seek an additional property manager as follows:
- Hybrid working reporting in to an Oxted office base (2 days office, 1 day home and 2 days on site)
- Manageable portfolio (400-500 units max), all located within London, Surrey and Sussex
- Client side post - our client is the freeholder across the entire portfolio overseen
- Full range of duties from insurance provision to budgets, major works and site inspection
- Driving license required, car provided for business use
- Stable career history with customer focused approach
- IRPM preferred but supported in-post for those not already qualified
- Starting salary up to £45k
