Responsibilities – Mechanical Design Engineer
- Responsible for using 3D CAD to create detailed drawings and models for both new and existing components and products.
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to discuss queries and progress of design projects.
- Ensure designs comply with company and customer standards and specifications.
- Create and check bill of material documentation.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Required – Mechanical Design Engineer
- Experience with design for manufacture/assembly.
- Recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Have a good understanding of various metals and how they are applied in designs.
- Experience with geometrical design and tolerancing.
