We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in manual execution of acceptance test cases
- Learning and applying basic programming skills
- Assisting in resolution of support issues and incidents
- Collaborating with Software Engineers and Product Owners
- Reporting automated test results
- Providing basic load and stress testing
- Analysing test results
The successful candidate will have:
- Familiarity with a programming language such as Java
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies
- Understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Experience working as part of a team
- Knowledge of Postman (desirable)
