Recruitment Coordinator

UBT provide business services including corporate training, consulting, accounting, insurance, recruitment and group buying assistance to a network of approximately 1000 independent family run businesses.

UBT recruitment is a dedicated, professional and friendly team of in-house recruiters who deliver a complete end-to-end recruitment service to these businesses nationwide. We require a dedicated recruitment team administrator / coordinator to provide full support to this function.

The overall purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of a busy in house recruitment service with a focus on coordinating a high number of interviews across the UK and providing an excellent candidate and customer experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate needs to have a positive can-do attitude, who has the enthusiasm and passion for recruitment partnered with excellent attention to detail.

You will need to be able to work efficiently and manage a high-volume work load to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.

Exposure to a fast paced office environment is a must. Recruitment experience is not essential but would be very helpful.

Duties:

(approximate percentage of time per week in brackets)

  • Interview scheduling (30%) - arranging the earliest convenient interview slots with both candidates and hiring managers and sending email / text confirmation through our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Writing up consultants notes for candidate profiles to be sent to hiring managers (30%)
  • Creation and posting of compelling and attractive online job adverts. (10%)
  • Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System and CRM (10%)
  • Produce weekly / monthly and ad hoc reports on key performance indicators (10%)

  • Handling all initial enquiries
  • Obtaining interview feedback
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks, referencing and confirming eligibility to work where applicable
  • Ensure GDPR compliance
