One of our key infrastructure businesses with a HQ in Leeds are looking to bring on a IT Consultant to join them in a technical hands-on capacity to work with their clients across Yorkshire.
You will be involved in providing dedicated technical support / guidance to their clients alongside acting as a onsite IT manager to customers on an ad hoc basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Infrastructure (e.g Servers, Storage, VMware, Backup, AD / Exchange)
- Networking – CISCO / Fortinet / Firewall / Switching /
The role will predominantly be hands-on providing technical support and hands on project work as and when it comes up.

Experience required:
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience managing major incidents and escalations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience working with Infrastructure & Networks
