We are recruiting for a Wholesale Service Centre Advisors to join our team on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be the single point of contact for all Non-Household Retailers for all wholesale enquiries.

You'll be responsible for Wholesale Billing, Maximum Daily Demand (MDD) Management, Water Meter Logging, Meter Enquiries, Trade Effluent and all general enquiries

As part of a dynamic team, you'll administer activities in relation to Water Supply Licenses, NAV's and Market Codes defined by Ofwat and MOSL. This role is the first point of contact for all standard retail enquiries entering the Wholesale Business.

You'll demonstrate excellent customer management skills, ensuring all enquiries received are responded to equivalently and consistently within agreed levels of service.
