They've just appointed a new head of engineering to help ameliorate some of these issues. They are tasked with coming up with a seamless, uniform way of working and as I've known them for 7 years and seen their success, I have absolute confidence in them sorting this out.
What we now need is an Embedded Software Engineer to come in and be part of this awesome team to execute this plan. You'll be working on clearly some great products, complex control products that have huge security application.
It's mostly Baremetal work on a wide range of hardware. There's no better role to pic up a variety of tech and gain commercial knowledge of business and engineering operations from a true master of R&D!
This is an on-site role in Woking. You'll have a huge impact on culture and process by helping the 'Head of' create a finely tuned engineering division all whilst making some really interesting devices.
Tech Stack
- Embedded C
- Baremetal Programming (Straight onto hardware)
- Communication busses such as I2C, CAN and SPI.
