Senior HR Business Partner - 4 month FTC

  • Senior HRBP initial 4 month FTC with the potential to be made permanent
  • Based in Aylesford
  • Office based with maybe 1 day WFH
  • Salary £40-45,000 DOE

As the Senior HRBP you will be responsible for providing strategic HR Advice, guidance and leadership to the senior leadership team and managers, enabling employee engagement and driving cultural change. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture you will also be responsible for managing the HR Administrator.

Responsibilities;

  • Provide strategic HR advice and operational guidance to managers and staff covering all People & Culture matters
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues on a variety of ER matters
  • Take a lead role in driving organisational change to meet the strategic objectives
  • Deputise for Director of People and Culture in their absence
  • Develop appropriate management learning and development initiatives
  • Line management of HR Administrator ensuring all HR Admin processes are appropriate and in line with current legislation

Who we are looking for;

  • CIPD Qualified desirable not essential
  • Up to date working knowledge of current employment law and legislation
  • You must have the ability to influence decision making at a senior level
  • Be able to use data to inform decisions, mitigate risk and drive change
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people
