Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 plus a lucrative bonus scheme
You'll be working closely with the senior management team and play an instrumental part in the development of the business and growth opportunities. You will have a good level on autonomy but with the added beneift of a supportive and experienced team around you.
Skills wanted:
- Business acumen
- Care management qualification (level 5 or equivalent)
- Internal compliance and auditing
- Liaising with external agencies, including CQC, medical professionals and client's family members
- Recruitment, training, and retention of staff
- Staff appraisals and supervisions
- Referral, and assessment management
- Attending client and supplier meetings
- Care and Support planning
