A London based practice serving both the local community and also big named clients and corporations is looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding team.
The Practice has established itself as one of the leading local solicitors working in the area of crime, conveyancing / property, civil litigation, debt recovery, employment and immigration law. The aim of the practice is at all times to provide a friendly, efficient and highly professional service to all clients. Their success is based on its dedicated team of solicitors and support staff who provide service above and beyond the call of duty.
As Conveyancing Solicitor your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking residential conveyancing and small amounts of commercial property matters.
- Handling matters from inception to completion.
The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will have the following skills and experience:
- A client orientated Solicitor/Conveyancer who is looking for a new challenge within a successful and progressive property team.
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing or an experienced conveyancer.
- Intellectually robust.
- Excellent research, analytical and organisational skills.
- Flexible, conscientious, driven and personable.
As this is a demanding, hands-on role with a high level of client contact that will suit a confident professional individual. You will be working the hours of 09.30 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
In return, you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 pa depending on skills and experience.
