Visitor Engagement Team Administrator

Salary: £20,400 per annum (£34,000 FTE) plus benefits

Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week (hybrid working available)

We are currently seeking a Team Administrator, to join our Visitor Engagement team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul's Cathedral.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing effective administration and support to the Director of Visitor Engagement and across the Directorate, including:

  • supporting with diary management and maintaining action trackers
  • maintaining departmental databases and procedures
  • managing the departmental calendar of events and activities
  • assisting with planning and arranging events and activities

The successful applicant will have:

  • demonstrable diary management experience;
  • experience of providing high quality, responsive and proactive administrative support;
  • proven organisational skills and experience in managing a workload across different departments with multiple conflicting priorities;
  • good skills in MS applications;
  • efficient data entry skills, with minimal error rate;
  • confident, clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal;
  • an ability to build strong and effective working relationships internally and externally at all levels.

The successful applicant will also be expected to share in St Paul's Cathedral's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
