As a Senior Project Engineer you are responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry-specific standards. The Advanced Project Engineer works closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project goals and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources.
  • Develop risk management plans, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring engineering solutions meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee design reviews, technical specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to keep all parties informed and engaged.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement quality control processes and perform regular inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Participate in post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Engineering and Electrical background.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in Process Automation and Control System.
