Description
The Data Protection Administrator will
- Work with the Compliance manager to support on data protection activities within the company.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws and regulations.
- Assist with the development and implement of data protection policies and procedures.
- respond to DSARs.
- Support on DPIAs.
- Provide data protection training to staff members.
- Handle data protection enquiries and complaints.
- Monitor changes in data protection laws and regulations and advise the company accordingly.
- Report to management on data protection issues and performance.
Profile
A successful Data Protection Administrator should have:
- A degree in law, information technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR and other data protection laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement data protection policies and procedures.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
