Description

The Data Protection Administrator will

  • Work with the Compliance manager to support on data protection activities within the company.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the development and implement of data protection policies and procedures.
  • respond to DSARs.
  • Support on DPIAs.
  • Provide data protection training to staff members.
  • Handle data protection enquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor changes in data protection laws and regulations and advise the company accordingly.
  • Report to management on data protection issues and performance.

Profile

A successful Data Protection Administrator should have:

  • A degree in law, information technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR and other data protection laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement data protection policies and procedures.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to conduct data protection audits and risk assessments.
  • Capability to handle data protection enquiries and complaints.
