Our client is seeking an Internal Account Manager who will play a critical role in managing client relationships, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing. This is a pivotal position within the sales team, focusing on supporting both customers and the Business Development Team to streamline the sales process and achieve key business targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Create and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process orders to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and offer timely updates on stock availability and lead times.
- Precisely handle incoming orders, suggesting alternative products where necessary to meet client needs.
- Support the Business Development Team by managing quotations and orders on their behalf.
- Collaborate with the customer services team for seamless sales office operations.
- Perform essential administrative duties to uphold efficient office workflows.
Skills/Experience required:
- Experienced Professional: a background in account management with a proven track record in sales and customer support.
- Excellent Communicator: outstanding communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
